Hi, I’m Sarah, I’m an Infant Sleep Consultant, Mental Health Nurse and Mam of two.

My journey in helping others began over 12 years ago when I trained as a nurse, supporting hundreds of individuals in reducing anxiety and improving their well-being. No matter who I worked with, sleep was always my first focus—it’s the foundation of good health.

When I became a mother in 2020, I discovered firsthand just how challenging infant sleep can be. Sleep-deprived and determined to find answers, I immersed myself in research, expanding my knowledge and passion for infant sleep. Fast forward four years (and another baby later!), I knew it was time to take this passion further and formalize my expertise.

I firmly believe that sleep is not a one-size-fits-all approach. That’s why I take a holistic view—assessing your baby’s unique needs, understanding your family’s dynamics, and creating a personalized plan based on your goals.
