My Mission

At The Serenity Snooze Co my mission is to support parents through the difficulties of sleep, ensuring little ones are well rested and parents are able to find calm in their minds. This is delivered through education, support and guidance based on first hand experience and expert knowledge.

Hi, I’m Sarah. I’m an Infant Sleep Consultant, Mother and Mental Health Nurse

I’m Mama to two little ones - Ava, who was born in 2020, and Harry, who arrived in mid-2024.

I’ve worked as a mental health nurse for 12 years, supporting people through vulnerable times, and sleep has always been a key focus in my work. After Ava was born, my interest in sleep deepened - largely due to the sleep deprivation I was facing. I began learning about her sleep needs and the science behind it, and when Harry arrived, I decided to take the next step and formalize my learning. When he was four months old, I began training to become an infant sleep consultant with The Sleep Consultant Academy and earned my Level 3 OCN certification.

My journey as a sleep consultant is fueled by my love for my children and my desire to help others. I take a holistic approach, focusing on both your child’s sleep needs and the mental well-being of parents. My goal is to provide personalized support to help families get the restful nights they deserve.

At The Serenity Snooze Co, I offer personalised sleep plans to infants and toddlers - from Newborn to 4 years old - using gentle sleep training methods designed to suit your family’s individual needs.

I take into account every factor that affects your child’s sleep, including their sleep environment, temperament, feeding and nap schedules, and habits.

My service includes an in depth assessment of your little one’s current sleep, a 1 hour consultation to discuss the findings of the analysis and develop a plan you are happy with. This is then presented to you in a clear and concise way for you to either follow on your own or alongside me with 1:1 WhatsApp support.

My approach is flexible meaning it can be adapted as we go and I will never expect you to stay home for the duration of the plan.
